I have an ex who had 3 boys with varying degrees of autism. He is 23 now and a Jag salesman, doing so well, his presentation is very polished, extremely OCD, but other than that doing great. Has had girlfriends, that all worked out ok, basically OCD seems to be his only remaining issue. I fostered his younger brother who was not as severe, he has some personality issues, but controls himself fine and has been living on his own for 6 years, worked for 3 of it and now runs his own business. My point is, with these, and many others I have known, time seems to help, many seem to grow out of most of the symptoms. In my experience at least.

The diet reduces inflammation, which makes the symptoms of Autism worse. I'm on a more restrictive Paleo Ketogenic diet, because besides being on the Spectrum I have several Autoimmune Disorders and Epilepsy.
