Susan Gerbic or Guerrilla Skepticism on Wikipedia (GSoW) will be giving a talk in Portland next Saturday evening. I first heard of her and her organization on the The Skeptic Zone podcast and am exciting to hear she will be giving a local talk. Her group is known for editing Wikipedia pages -- removing unsourced claims and pseudo-science while adding valid sources and promoting science-based articles.
