At one time there were numerous waterfalls throughout the park. The park was, in one way, more successful than planned. But in another way it created a mess. Cars going in and out of the tunnel along I-5 experienced light and dark which was disorienting and a source of accidents. From high above we used to see cars stalled due to a collision all the time.
