I love how you are personal. I think a little bit closer shot would make it more personal.
Natural lighting is great you might get a lanp and take the shade off and put in a 100 watt natural light bulb in it. then put it at about head level on the opposite side of the window so it fills in nicely.

I think you video would have worked better in three parts hitting on each subject. Release them once a week and make a series that you can endtag on a playlist. You tube will like this and rank you higher.

You speak well and naturally I really like that. It just to me got a little my attention span sucks. Other viewers are likely to get bored quick also. Agin a good reason to split it up. It will also fill the gaps between making videos.

There is a bit of echo in the room. If you don't like that hang Blankets or sheet around the room and It will take out the echo. Also a backdrop of clothe will also help.
