I live in the St Johns area of Portland and I am retired.
I am a musician and spend a lot of time playing music with my roommate and other friends. Music is my therapy but I also like to go hiking up in Forest Park which is about five minutes from my house.
I consider myself spiritual but definitely not religious. I have traveled the world a bit and have found wisdom in learning about other cultural traditions.
I am a Feldenkrais practitioner and although I do not practice professionally I do work with friends and knowing the method has helped me cope with the aches and pains one has as we get older.
