I enjoy good conversation about books, movies, science, the environment, politics and religion. They can be serious or funny. I appreciate someone who can make me laugh because I can be too serious. I enjoy good movies and books. The genre is not as important as a good story. Violence is ok as long as it moves the story along and is not the central point of the story. I am a good cook and can make a wide variety of things from lasagna and cheesecake to chili and cornbread or southern home cooking. Anything that I don't know how to make I can find on the internet. I would love to meet someone who gave a better way to occupy my time. I am a liberal and love to participate in activities that help the community. I have also been active politically.
