Hi,
We so often get a cold shoulder from our personal beliefs that I chose ShoulderWarmer as a user name. Religion is a selfish bunch that hides from the repulsiveness that it would generate preventing an open mind in its followers. Or so it is in my ex-Morman experience.
They are a type of atheist at higher levels as I suspect most religions are. To take you to the linguistic double bind definition of resurection where you know that religion has failed and there is only the selfish bunch to give your faith for and enter into the eternities of "cause of Zion" missions, roles, assignments, or tasks that they call the resurection.
Falling away at this level of knowledge is unforgivable as you might guess outer darkness and cold shouldered idioms apply.
