This is a group called "Atlanta area" and infrequent posts, aka "traffic" The joke is not funny if you have to explainit.
@WhiteShark1964 I That's why I was wondering what would not have traffic. I visited there last fall for a few days with my daughter.
Coincidentally a fence post attacked and knocked of my driver side mirror when I was backing out of the driveway.
That made lane negotiating lane changes interesting.
