Making an ESB (Extra Special Bitters).

I am surprised that for a mash brewer that you do not have/use a wort chiller.

BTW, how did this one turn out? I got a love of ESBs.

Boil is done. Preliminary original gravity looks to be just above 1.050. Can't ask for a better brew day. Going to let this cool overnight to pitching temp and toss the yeast tomorrow. I post an update when done.

Boil is on. I use a paint strainer bag to hold the hops during the boil so I have a cleaner wurt at the end.
