Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I laugh when people talk about running a bnb because it is easy money. I built boutique hotels for clients for many years and I have to admit that building hotels is easier than running them and turning a profit.

yeah.....but you know what? It actually kinda is easy money....because if I moved back into my big house...I would have to clean anyhow and this way I'm getting paid to do it. 
And, people are being really nice and paying two mortgages for me....all my utilities....and even my food. So, you won't hear me complaining!
