Because I look OK and am active when I can be, people assume that I'm not sick. I usually get, "you don't look sick." Anyone else find it hard to be believed or understood?

How do you respond gracefully and not scream? 
@Niledogra I've been at this a long time. Only two people are really aware of when I have a severe pain day. So my usual response is "Thanks" because really they're just trying to raise your mood with a comment like that. They aren't saying "You don't seem sick to me".
Now if they say "You don't look sick." - well then a rain of fire comes down. lol
