Hi! New to the site and everything! Love tattoos so I thought this was a nice place to jump in. Top of foot was my first about 10 years ago after my first marriage ended. A bird, because I’ve always been attracted to the symbolism potential and it fit the new beginning. The 2nd on my wrist was an idea I designed and the artist perfected. It’s encompasses my affinity for nature and trees (myself represented), the heart in the roots is my love of my children and where I am grounded, the birds are those children, they will fly away but always have a home to land with me. I am wanting to get a sternum piece next, I’m thinking the DAWN/sun rising which with my body at rest will be about the tree.
