I am told there is a similar law for the entire state of Arkansas, but there it is primarily only enforced for women.

I'm gay. So it make no difference to me if women are topless... other than I believe everyone shoudl have a choice or whether or not to wear clothes in general or not to wear anything. It's a freedom thing.
