Historically, multiple titles from RE and Silent Hill franchises. Most recently, Dead Before Daylight.

My favorite horror game to this day has to be resident evil 7 biohazard its pretty terrifying and runner up silent hill 2 its a total tense mental thriller but for ps2

Cool, I haven't played resident evil 7, but I do remember playing silent hill 2 and I loved it

@Garf resident evil 7 is something else highly highly recommend especially if you have vr headset

@Iamcelery sadly I don't own a vr headset, I presume you mean for PlayStation 4??

@Garf correct, be assured no vr needed, its plenty scary but if you did its be next level

About the only one I remember is Resident Evil on the PS1. Good times. Does Onimusha count? Seemed to have most of the key notes for that genre.
