Well, I used to be a total classic introvert, reading 3 or 4 books at a time and rarely going out. But I'm a musician and have been playing since age 5, when I went off to college I fell in with a bunch of guys who wanted to or form bands, I had never dreamed you could music locally for . Once I joined a band and played out I was hooked, and the introvert part of me largely fell away. But I still enjoy being and working alone, part of me is really satisfied by that.
Same here. Been playing gigs for more than 40 years but I still crave my downtime
I guess you could almost say that you're working alone when you're performng. It's between you and the music and you don't have to talk!
Have you heard of camfrog? There is a room called jukebox where introverted musicians go to share their talent. It is pretty cool.
