Not enough time in the day for me to be an extrovert . I like people but when I'm trying to get something done stay away
,don't have a lot of time for small talk .

It's unfortunately in our culture that extroversion is celebrated while introversion is looked at as a weakness, when nothing could be further from the truth. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses, and in fact in some other cultures introversion is seen as a strength. If you haven't, I'd suggest looking at books by Marti Olsen and Susan Cain, they give a lot of support and encouragement for introverts

I am happy that I am an introvert and wouldn't want t change. The strong/confidence thing, to me does not have anything to do with extro or introversion.

It's true that being an introvert can be difficult but would you really want to be an extrovert? I know it is hard work sometimes being with too many people and having to put on a social act, but I really wouldn't want to be like a lot of the extrovert people I know. They seem to me to be loud and crass, and often superficial. Life maybe easier for them, but i prefer my way!

I'd like to be more self confident as well. It's been a struggle all my life. I'm trying to work on that, but the road can be difficult.

Stong & confident =\= extroverted

These are two separate things. You don't need to be an extrovert, to be self-confident.

You just need to accept yourself for who you are... Both strengths and weaknesses.

And, no, I am not saying being an introvert is a weakness... or that being an extrovert is a strength. They are just different sides of the same coin.
