I just got a rhubarb plant from a friend dug up out of their garden. Where is the best place to replant that? Its pretty good size bunch so I am hoping it will take off once it goes back down in the ground.

I love rhubarb. Always grew some in our yard when I was growing up. Haven't grown it myself, moved too often.

I have an old pine tree but its too shaded.
@mistymoon77 Nope, not very much. It grows best in full sun with well drained soil. Tree stumps are normally in full sun, that's I asked.
@CrazyQuilter Tree stumps are normally in full sun and often times available for planting around.
@Hebert54 Rhubarb pie and jam are fantastic!
