They may be smelly but they are a great little animal.

They are one of the worst things to have around bee hives uncontrolled they can destroy a hive in 2 or 3 nights. A family of skunks can do in a whole bee yard in a week.

Found a photo. One of my albino raccoons and my albino skunk.

@kenriley I bought them at an Amish exotic animal auction in Ohio.

Been told they make good pets...once de-fumed. Like ferrets but more cute.

I"ve had an albino skunk as a pet before. They aren't very similar to ferrets at all, but soft. Mine was funny when she got irritated with me for whatever reason. She would stomp at me with her front feet while backing up. Short charge and repeat. Makes me laugh thinking about it. She was a good pet. Ended up giving her to a lady that already owned 15 skunks. She later told me that she had entered the skunk in some sort of beauty contest (?) and had won. She was pretty.

I remember a time my family went camping at Elkmont (on the way to Cades Cove in the Smoky's). Mom was sitting at the picnic table reading late one evening when she felt something rub up against her like a cat. She, of course, didn't move. She looked down, and ... She's was calm when she told us about it the next day. No lingering smell either!

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
