You'd have to be a neat freak for it to really work as virtually all flat surfaces would need to be kept clean. I'd much prefer just to have more space which would be cheaper in most places in the US as I am sure this stuff is 4x at least over high end appliances.
The ones I might actually get would be the hidden room and the attic stairs.

@twshield Some of them yes - for sure. I doubt if your downstairs neighbors would like the table in the floor idea...
