I can't tell what it is. I have used long scarves ,sarongs and tapestries just thrown over curtain rods. You can easily wash them and it keeps my haphazard decor in tact.

Brilliant! Cheap, covers the window and can easily be replaced when dirty! Also great place to store supplies during pandemic hoarding!
