Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell - Live
A little history behind this song. I went to see Black Sabbath in concert during the Heaven and Hell tour in Evansville, Indiana with my high school friends. I was 16 and the year was 1980. I knew a lot about Sabbath already and really liked their music. I heard that Ozzy had went solo and some guy by the name of Ronnie James Dio took Ozzy's place as the frontman for Sabbath. I knew next to nothing about Ronnie James Dio and as soon as Dio opened his mouth and sang, I was blown away. Some dude by the name of Sammy Hager opened up for the band. It was a great concert.

Tony immoi fired him in 83 for sneaking into the studio in the middle of the night to turn up the volume on the vocals to their soon to be released live LP. Live Evil. Dio was replaced by deep purple vocalist Ian Gillian.

Dio was one of the best.. so miss him and his talent but he lives on within all of us that are true rockers.
