Drivers beware.. One cannot help but think the guards could be more open about what was going on so the drivers would be more understanding.. I can understand how both sides would be at fault here, but if the guards are not sworn police on duty, l don't think they have the right to physically detain you for any reason... l could be wrong though..[thetruckersreport.com]
