If its vaginal intercourse the judge gets to determine if it is reasonable on a case by case basis to get added to the sex offenders list, but if its oral or anal sex etc the list is mandated. So they are trying to change it to where its all on a case by case basis since lgbt typically can't engage in vanilla vaginal intercourse.

No if you were 25 with a 15 year old and the judge deemed that you didnt deserve to be added. The law already states this if it is penis in vagina sex but anything else is mandated.
Wow.. West coast freaks never cease to amaze, and often disgust me.
