8 mile hike yesterday. Lily Lizard Lake trail and Oyster Dome in Bellingham, WA. Beautiful day for the folks with the parasails too.

Beautiful pics. I'm coming to the US later this year, to Colorado, but I've been scheming escaping to Bellingham while I'm in the same continent. You've given me a 4th reason for the trip thank you

You are so fortunate to have such beautiful scenery! It's breath taking!?

My sister lives in Plano. Last year she came for a visit. She and my younger brother are close and he has a 35' boat. Later, she sent her daughter to spend the first week of school to go around the islands on his boat. This was a once in a lifetime adventure for her.

Looks like a nice hike. Is it strenuous? I have a good friend in Bellingham and she lives at a trail head (Galbraith Mountain). Whenever I visit we usually go there or along Whatcom Falls.

Posted by CallMeDaveI've never been a big wildflower person, but this is the season for it here in Appalachia. Other people can identify every variety. I'm not there yet.
