I currently live in southern California and as I've said here during my first stay as a member and now again in my profile, I've been wanting and looking to move north. I dunno though... there are quite a few considerations and getting flooded is one of them. I've seen a number of properties for sale that had I not investigated that they were in a flood hazard area, I'd not have known. Basically an affordable price means something's up... which is true anywhere I guess.
