Retired IT consultant, separated 2 years ago after 26 years of marriage, moved to Ardrossan with the dog and far too many books and DVDs... Flat is sorted, garden beaten more or less into submission, life is (finally) drama free and generally good, but it would be nice to have a partner in crime to prevent a total descent into hermithood...

I don't have a problem with the idea of something ephemeral being out there, but organised religion is not for me. I think we all make - or don't make - our own connections to the mysteries without someone setting themselves up as gatekeepers and intermediaries...
