If you don't get ecstatic over "X Factor", "Big Brother" or cookery programmes - or watching some irritatingly boring, charmless, upwardly mobile couple who'll be divorced in 5 years, renovating some bloody ruin somewhere in the middle of God knows where, that's nicer than Roger and Sally's, we'll get on.

If you're not a "princess", if you don't get tetchy and Rambo-esq after a couple of drinks, you enjoy a cuddle on the sofa watching a thriller and possess a warm romantic nature where appropriate (i.e. not queuing for the till at Wilko's) - we're on to something.

If you hold firm egalitarian principles of fair play, enjoy travel, have the patience to explain film plots to someone that irritatingly loses the plot with grim regularity and are devoid of drug and alcohol issues - we're on track.

While I like a bit of a ramble when the sun's out, desirable" attributes could include much preferring a warm and well-intentioned cuddle to strapping on hiking boots to tramp endless miles across fields, wading through sewage filled ditches and clambering over lichen-covered stiles in the driving rain on a Sunday morning.
