Just a hippie chick in my heart. I missed the 60's uproar and I have been saving up my outrage for a long time. Living in conservative Texas and not generally inclined to belligerance, I have finally had enough... so, now I carry an all-purpose protest sign in my car, in case I am called upon to voice my displeasure. That opportunity has presented itself several times since Trump took office and it feels really good to holler.

I love living in my vibrant little university town. So much going on and such a young creative energy! I am an artist and writer in my spare time, though it's slow going. I work at UNT and love the access I have to smart, interesting people, but I am a bit introverted. I could really enjoy a close relationship with someone smart and kind and curious.
