Very true. I do find that there is some missing points in the current history model. Sumerians built the first pyramids, the step pyramids. Sumerians predate Egyptian civilization, however both kings list coexist a good ways back. The Sumerians were highly advanced in the Arts and Sciences. Thus it is stated that the Egyptians borrowed from the Sumerians. I do not know if that is inferred or that is accepted by scholars. I question I should research. But I can say some scholars push Sumerians back to 9000 BC, however what is accepted and taught is 4200 to 3800 BC. The Sumerians created so many of civilizations first. Their arithmetic was base 60.
They knew about the planets, the Great Year, ect... it is said that they knew about Pluto, because of a stella that shows the sun and 9 planets. Some scholars debate this, but it is visible. Not to mention the Sumerians called earth the 7 planet. If you are counting from the 9, Earth is 7.

There exist much that we do not know, agreed. Something like 80k Sumerian tablets have not been translated. I also feel like some artifacts are purposely kept from public knowledge, Sumerian or not. It will be amazingly interesting to see what is discovered in the other pyramids in China and Bosnia. They have already had some interesting finds in Bosnia, nothing to big, just small artifacts. But it is a slow process, and you have to deal with what they will allow to be released. I think Bosnia does not really care, they are happy to be involved with something so great. China on the other hand will not allow excavation. One of their pyramids is far greater than the great pyramid of Giza.
