These are MCM (mid century modern) Art Pottery pieces from Cameron Clay Products of Cameron West Virginia. These are the Mint/Gold pieces (most of my mint/gold pieces are in these photos).
Cameron Clay Products was founded in Cameron, West Virginia, in 1936 and destroyed by fire in 1964. In its 28 years of operation, the firm produced some amazing art pottery.
The "Weeping Gold" design using REAL gold in the glaze was utilized by several MCM potteries including McCoy, Savoy China, Dixon Art Studios, and Gold Craft. Different potteries had signature colors in addition to the gold.
I love your elephant. such a beautiful color
Thank you ...I also have two different designs of the CCP black/gold elephants...I will post my CCP black/gold collection at a later date
