Snagging two couches and a corner chair from my dad’s farm. He’s retiring and sold the farm. Except for one more table, these are the last antiques heirlooms I’m claiming 😊

I have 2 Regency Crystal Lamps probably late 1940s or early 1950s. The lamps are all crystal and each lamp has an upper bowl that 10 French cut Spears hang from. These are each about 7 inches long. They have the regular wiring that attaches them. I do not trust it not to break. I bought some strong thin fishing line to leave the wiring alone. Then I would connect the spears using the fishing line. I also have some very uniques end tables. They are old. They have little cupboards to store items that open in the back. The are mahogany with very unique carved legs. Very unusual. The also had red inlaid leather with gold painted deco on the outside around the leather. There is leather on the top piece and leather on the bottom piece. I really love them. I have some dealer friends. Mine are in excellent condition. One told me he never saw any that were not stained with glass marks and burns from cigarettes. I just love them. I told my guest. I don't have much company and the friends that do come know the tables are off limits. I would hit anyone who tried to use them. I do not smoke and of course would not allow others. I cannot handle it. I have sensitive lungs. I take care of them. LOL.

I love antiques and vintage. This sofa and chair, etc are so awesome. They look in perfect condition, which is difficult to find that old. Where are you and where are you taking them? I will read your profile, but I just wanted to advise you, I am mesmerized. They are exquisite.

Taking them from my dad’s farm in Indiana to my home in the Southwest ?

@SkotlandSkye Good for you. You profile is awesome. I love traveling and seeing historical places. Mt career required me to travel. I tried to get my work done so I could visit many places. I saw Mount Rushmore. Crazy Horse Was't done yet. I went to Deadwood and saw where Wild Bill was killed playing poker and went to see where Calamity Jane and her sometimes Madame were buried. Calamity had a crush on Wild Bill which was not returned. I made a small loop and saw a big field of Bison, then on my way to Devil's Tower. I was in many states. I was in Montana a couple times. I visited Custer's Last Stand and drove through the Crow Reservation. Did the same sorts of things in many states. I wish it would be more capable for us, but I am a female and I am 70 I have a Yorkie who will be 13 soon. He has some serious limping from arthritis. While I do have some aches of my own, Bozley is my only priority. I have to make him that. His Mother lived until she was 15 yrs old. I don't know with him. I live each day with him. He is my BFF. I will miss him when that time comes. I have had him since he was 12 weeks old and weighed 2 little very puppy pounds. Boz is very smart, but he is in pain. I ache for us both. He is so cute. I was born in PA, raised mostly in Ohio, and met my ex husband of 2o years on a visit to my Grandparents, so I returned to PA. I think sometimes of moving to another country, but have not decided yet. Boz is my worry now and my mother will be 88 this summer. She is close to ending her stay on earth. Her body is giving out.She still lives in Ohio where I have 2 step sisters and 1 full brother in different parts of Ohio.I think my Mom got the wrong baby when she got me. I am nothing like my Mother and my 2 sisters. My bother and I are more alike though. My life is in this sort of limbo, which I dislike. I have some vintage and older items. I have made a hobby of garage saling and thrift stores at times. Not a nice limbo. I am a positive person, a bit eccentric I guess, but I like people who are not perfect. They are a bore. I spent 5 mos. working i Holland during Spring and Part of Summer.Fields and fields of tulips and flowers.I did loved my time there. It was a special place. Hope you find that right person your looking for. I will help you in anyway I can.

@BettyColeman you should come stay at my BnB sometime πŸ™‚

@SkotlandSkye Why thank you. I would love to do that. I just may make arrangements with you at a convenient date.
