I've 'saved' his talk to listen to at a later time as I've other things to do right now plus an early night so I can be up and about at 6.30am tomorrow - attending a Rail, Maritime and Transport union picket outside local train station from 8am until 2pm ongoing campaign to keep guards on trains. (Company seeking to introduce Driver Only Operated trains - creating a really hazardous situation) Best wishes.
