I have just the one, going through divorce while reeling from 911 I felt a phoenix was appropriate. It was done by my GF visiting from the UK, she braught her kit, did the entire thing with a liner needle sending my body into shock after a few seconds... when I recovered I put on a Muddy Waters album and said, do it! It took that album and another by Sunny Shines & Snooky Prior. I’m considering another tatt, such as the Atomic A? But in a proper studio rather than my kitchen. I love my tatt but my understanding is much of the pain was unnecessary. She seemed to delight in my pain slightly but offered to stop so only a little sadistic, I’ll alway love Jade, my tattoo artist and the amazing woman that got me through my toughest times, we needed each others at that time for similar reasons, the distance became unmanageable.
