Last Wednesday, at a retired teachers'lunch I mentioned I am a nudist. Several colleagues were offended by my comment....to which I said "Why are you offended? I was even born w/o clothes. General laughs.

Crazy. How does simply telling someone you're a nudist tick any of anyone's "I'm offended" boxes? If you'd taken your clothes off, I'd have found it easier to comprehend.
@NicoleCadmium Because stupidity and ignorance can be found at all levels and even among the most educated people.
