Waiting to see if Reynolds opens up any of the closed types of businesses in May. Considering the number of confirmed cases hasn't peaked yet, I'm thinking it will be middle or late May before much of the state is allowed to open most types of businesses. As far as bars and restaurants, I wouldn't plan on anything until late summer if even then, except for maybe western Iowa.
I really like the idea of 6 'zones' I just wish the 1 to 10 (or 12...) ratings were more defined. I agree mid May before things settle out is probably the earliest.
