If you knew more about the life and habits of turtles, you wouldn't be surprised at such a rescue. By the way, I'm happy to watch this video anyway. This is a nice manifestation of the animals' concern for each other. Although it's not related to emotions, but rather to the turtle survival instinct. I read about turtle interaction on taphibians.com. Such articles are fantastic. Many people underestimate the reptiles because they consider them stupid and slow. But in fact, turtles are cute, social, reliable friends and good mothers. And as a kid I had a turtle.

I didn't realize there was a herpitologist in the audience. I just thought it was cute
I don't know, looks like once she was flipped over she wanted to get away - maybe he was stalking her and in her haste to get away she flipped over. And who was the asshole who walked right past a woman in danger?!!?!?
I demand an investigation!

What a good turtle buddy!! I couldn't have sat and filmed this. I would have gone out right away and turned that turtle over. I love turtles.

I tried to rescue a turtle that was sitting in the middle of the road and someone stopped me and said "You know that's a snapping turtle, right?"
@TheoryNumber3 I've rescued lots of snapping turtles. You just move up on them quickly from behind and grab them from the back. I've never been bitten or hurt by them. A car hitting them can seriously hurt them or kill them, so I always stop for them when I see them in a roadway.
