New to the group, been eating keto for 9 weeks, lost 32 pounds. I've been stalled for the last couple weeks tho, so I'm thinking of doing an extended fast. I sure wish I could sleep for 2 days, it would make fasting so much easier!!!!

Good idea. If you are going to fast like that, do at least three days. Tha's when autophagy really kicks in.

Welcome. I agree with @thinktwice. I had been stalled between 235 and 240 for almost 3 weeks. I had done intermittent fasting previously with good success. It started again about 1 1/2 weeks ago doing a 16:8 intermittent fast. The stall broke and I hit 229 this morning. Which means I am officially at 71 lbs lost. I have been eating this way since the beginning of February. If I can offer any assistance, please reach out.

That is fabulous! Congrats! Once you break the stall, you can go back to following the best plan for you...I like to do the intermittent fast a few days a week, making sure I eat my food usually between 1-6 pm. Keep up the good work!!!!

What I've kind of evolved to is bpc in the morning, then dinner. That's it. But this last week, I've been hungrier than usual so I've eaten lunch too. Not sure what my body is trying to tell me, but I'm trying to listen!! Lol

@Shawniedawn I kind of look at my Keto as a tantric diet. I eat if my body is telling me to eat. However, many times it is not hungry.
