Breakfast this morning.
There are two things I don't deny myself - this chili garlic sauce that I make with a touch of sugar and a garlic roasted rice wine vinegar for my salads. Probably the only sugar I ingest.

Sugar is one of, if not the most carb packed foods availabke. We are taught to consume it as kids and then find it difficultbto break the habit.
