Personally I've viewed a lot of 'science' like I do religion ... you have to accept on faith those ideas which you've not been able to experience yourself. Now there is a scientific theory that proclaims "Fundamental Consciousness" ::::humming 'give me that ol time science::: [I have a natural mistrust of fundamental religion, but science?]

I find much of today's science as difficult to believe as most religions . How many hundreds of thousands of years ago , a Neanderthal and a Denisian joined DNA , how many millions of light years ago two suns collided , what kinds of gases a planet hundreds of thousands of light years away has on it's surface , and more to the point , what is the likely hood that this knowledge will have any affect , what so ever , on our lives ?
I have been trying to read everything I can about how consciousness has come to be. This articles does not sound like they are saying anything that can be sourced to anything that has done any real studies. I could be wrong, but the part of the article I read did not convince me otherwise.
I know, or don't know .. my point was that some of this stuff is almost mystical in it's essence ... like religion.
