Hello, I am currently learning Tai Chi and would like to also incorporate yoga into my life.

For those whom have tried video's and have failed. I have found, if you turn each movement into a GIF, learning becomes quite easy.

I’ve been teaching Yoga for over a decade. Let me know if you have questions about postures. There are many approaches of course, but I’d be happy to share mine. Tai chi is great too, but I don’t know it as well.

@NotConvinced You know, I mostly learned from books and classes... mostly classes. A few videos... usually searching for tips on a specific posture. There is a lot of great material on youtube. I'd go for something where the instructions are clear and easy to understand and you like the sound of the instructors voice. In the beginning you may need to watch the video a bit to make sure you understand the posture. As you understand it better, you can just go by the vocal cues, so you can keep your attention more on the posture... hard to watch a screen when your chin is supposed to be tucked into your throat (like in rabbit). Let me poke around a little and post some links.
