@Compassion8doubt I have tried the bar dancing for a while and quite frankly I am tired of drinking. Still love the live music but then no one can talk .... Maybe I should change my ways and go back to weird places like mass on Sunday.... ???????????????? Thanks for your comment though !!! Cheers

Logistics and money... It costs money to socialise and to travel and be with like minded people and it costs money to share lives with friends if livelihoods are earned elsewhere.
I know people who would like to meet their friends at the weekend but they can't afford the train fare.. All the mind numbingly boring logistical problems borne of capitalism that define most people's lives define our lives.
