Freshly made wheel thrown pots! One is a chip-N-dip with little peppers on the rim of the salsa bowl. The other photo depicts a bunch of wheel thrown and altered bowls. I love bowls!!

I loved throwing bowls too!! Altering the rims is a fun way to finsh them.

The innuendo associated with pottery is pretty prolific since the vessel is described in terms of human anatomy such as shoulder, belly, waist, foot, etc. And then there's the 'pot' jokes...@silverotter11
@farmboy2017 and who can forget the opening sence from the movie 'Ghost'?
She actually took pottery classes to learn the wheel. If you watch the movie, closely, you can tell that the bottom thickness of the floor of that pot is about 4" just from her 'pulling' technique. I'll leave the sensuality observations alone, ha ha! @silverotter11

Yes. As soon as the weather allows me to roll the kiln outside. Supposed to have freezing rain tonight, ice tomorrow, and be 50 on Thursday! Crazy...
