Beautiful. I se left over easter egg dye to dye small amounts of roving. I spin yarn from it and make small items, like baby socks or mittens.
@IchbineineTomate she has shared quite a bit, look in the group pictures. There is another fiber artist too.
@IchbineineTomate I used to have a photo of the latest roving ( that was four years ago, before I started breaking all my bones) All the little things I knitted in the past have always gone to some baby or child. Bless you heart for wanting to start with a drop spindle ( it's called a drop spindle for a reason) Did you know you can make your own? From some old CDs and a stick? Let me see if I can dig that up.
