How about more single use bathrooms that 1 person can use and lock the door. And really, stop assuming that gay people molest others or that they are over sexed. It's ridiculous.

I think bathrooms with multiple stalls and sinks should be for the specified gender, but single unisex bathrooms can be for anyone. They should be given access to the unisex bathrooms, even if it means going to staff area. In Sweden there are single unisex bathrooms that anyone can use, and they include their own sinks - that system works well for everyone.

On a side note, I have been to a bathroom at a hotel in Sweden where there were single private stalls anyone could use, but the sinks and mirror were open to both men and women. I did feel fairly uncomfortable with men being there.

Well, recently I used the "Family restrooms" at Century 21....but it was my choice since i could have gone to the restroom in the store next door.
School kids don't have a choice.
