This morning, it was a fairly short 1 mile plus (maybe 1 1/2 miles) round trip to Lake Waiau at 13,000 feet on beautiful Mauna Kea on Hawai'i island. The lake looked its pristine best. And very spiritual. And I was with 2 great companions. They kept on stopping - to have me catch up with them - as they were long and lean - and hardly ever stopped to catch a breath (like me). LOL
