I don't listen to music while I hike, but once I took my parents hiking and my Mother said she was walking to Seven Bridges Road by The Eagles, I said, Mom, maybe something besides a ballad?

Funny, I am not sure that I even think about music while hiking. That seems very likely to lead to dancing!
In all seriousness, I tend to be so focused on the sounds of nature, that music has not crossed my mind. That's odd as the rest of my life seems to always be set to a soundtrack, that is constantly playing in my head.
