Hello, my name is Linda. I love quilting, mostly making quilts for charitable organizations like Wounded Warriors and Quilt for Kids. I also knit and crochet. Look forward to seeing what everyone does, sharing ideas and friendships. I am sharing a pic of a quilt I made for my cousin. It is made from the many chemo scarves she got when she had breast cancer. Amazing what a bit of handmade can do for the spirit.

I really want to try my hand at white on white quilts...the stitching is what makes it and yours is beautiful!
@thinktwice It is actually a very pale green but the color is hard to photograph. It's my ambition to make a white quilt, too. Maybe a small display one?
@thinktwice, @CrazyQuilter The most frustrating thing about getting older, I think, is the bodily deterioration and lack of repair! When I can't use my hands any more it will be time to go.
