Chicken diapers exist. I thought you all should know. 
I was unaware of the need for such a thing until a friend asked me to crochet one for her last week. She has chickens, but one in particular that she has really bonded with, she allows it in the house, and it follows her everywhere she goes. And, well, you can imagine the resulting messes.
This was actually made using a pattern I found on Ravelry.
