Yinzer-in-dusguise: No accent, I can and will converse freely on many topics other than football, the weather, traffic or travel. Longtime book/film/music junkie, writer-in-waiting. I describe myself as an Old School Liberal-Democrat Irish-Catholic Atheist. Spent most of my career as a Manager in Retail, Customer Service and the Restaurant Industries. I believe in Family & Friends, Art, my Country, my State, my City and my neighborhood, and conversely, belonging to a greater purpose than serving myself. I believe in the old Irish adage: "May your hand always be stretched out in friendship, rather than want" (but of course what I have is yours if you need it) and this: I would rather have my hand out to give assistance, to greet you with love and kindness, than clenching my fist in anger or to cause violence.
I enjoy live music and film-going more than anything, greatly enjoy dining out, whether it's with friends or a special someone. I also love to travel, to site-see and to try new things.
Open communication, mutual respect, empathy and support are the foundations for every relationship.
