Retired Occupational Therapist, kids are grown with families of their own, and I'm now enjoying all the wonders of living in the Bay Area--even though all of this free time sure fills up fast.
I love to garden and cooking what I grow is a thrill. Opening a cupboard and seeing glistening jars of jams, jellies, pickles, and relishes made by my own hands gives me a feeling of well-being like no other. Besides gardening, I love to spend time outdoors, walking and taking in nature or relaxing in the hot tub. There's plenty to explore close to home and traveling to new places is something I do regularly. I hope to find a companion who enjoys travel, too.
